Shipping & Payment

Shipping is available within Australia and internationally. For international shipping, please email the artist prior to your purchase to be sure that we can ship to your destination.

Limited Edition prints include free domestic shipping via Australia Post. Please refer to the product listing at time of purchase for specific delivery and fulfilment timelines, as each print run will vary. International shipping is also available for prints, delivery timelines for this may vary and will be confirmed after purchase. 

For original framed works, shipping costs are not included in the price of the artwork (unless stated). Delivery within Brisbane is free-of-charge (pending size) and for delivery of larger works and beyond Greater Brisbane, I prefer to use a specialised art courier service. This cost is based on location and is calculated at checkout.

Shipping timelines for original paintings will also be communicated at time of launch, but as a general guideline please allow 7-10 working days for delivery within Australia. International deliveries can take up to 21 business days depending on location. For larger collections of work released at once, the same process applies however please allow up to 14 days turnaround from purchase to delivery. 

Returns

For original works, all sales are final. However, if you receive a damaged or defective painting, please contact the studio within 7 of receipt and we can arrange a refund.

For Limited Edition prints I offer a refund or replacement for damaged items, provided that the damage is reported promptly with photographic evidence.
